2. Prepare a returnable Delivery Challan or Gate Pass
3. Securely pack the the faulty material to avoid any transit damage
4. Send us the material either through Courier (DTDC, Maruti coutier, Professional Courier) or hand carry to the address mentioned above.
5. Intimate us the dispatch details
We generally carry the inventory for quick repairs within a day. In cases of urgency, we can return the repaired material on the same day of receipt at our office. Else it takes around 24 - 48 hours. If the part is not available, the lead time for repairs can be around 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the part availability
1. Product Receipt: Visual inspection and product analysis
2. Documentation: Send quotation for repairs and wait for receipt of Confirmation/PO
3. Repairs and Testing after receipt of Confirmation/PO, and send Proforma Invoice
4. Dispatch material after payment confirmation
1. Fill the form "Warranty Claim - CheckList for Complaint Registration" from the downloads section.
2. Send the form along with Invoice and fault description in the email to customercare.in@schneider-electric.com
3. Site visit will be arranged by Schneider Electric to study the issue and warranty claim will be decided based on the report.
